Jacob Maurice Feister was born on 11 October 1909 at Bart Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Born at 10 pm, attending physician C E Helm. He was the 3rd child of Ida, 2 living at this time.1,3,2 He married Bertha E. Probst, daughter of Amos Leonard Probst and Stella Thresa Kunkel, on 24 December 1938.3 Jacob Maurice Feister died on 10 January 1993 at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at age 83.4,3 He was buried on 13 January 1993 at Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Veterans Section Lot 637, Grave 3. Mary Beeler was born on 25 December 1826 at Brecknock, Berks, Pennsylvania.4,3 She married Samuel Richwine, son of Henry Richwine and Catherine Roth, circa 1844.5 Mary Beeler married James Martin Feister, son of Rudolph Feister and Mary Kinzer?, between 1861 and 1867; Todd Yarbrough has her name as Mary Beeler Richwine, also buried at Pequea Presbytrian Church Cemetery.1,3 Mary Beeler died on 11 April 1894 at At home, Harristown, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at age 67; FEISTER.-On the 11th of April 1894, in Harristown, Lanc. Co., Pa., Mary Feister, aged 67 years, 3 months and 17 days. Buried at Pequea church on the 14th. Services at the house by John K. Rank, in English. She joined the Mennonite church some years ago and was a faithful member, of a mild and quiet nature. She hated strife and contention. We all miss our kind mother, yet rejoice that her life here was such that her reward is great.
