Frank Elwood Cousins was born on 20 November 1875 at Putneyville, Armstrong, Pennsylvania.3 He married Sarah Katherine Bowser, daughter of Harvey D Bowser and Isabelle Hooks, after June 1900.1 Frank Elwood Cousins died on 26 March 1949 at Valley Camp, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania, at age 73. Cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.4 He was buried on 29 March 1949 at Croyle Cemetery, Adrian, Armstrong, Pennsylvania; Frank E. Cousins, a former resident of this place, died Saturday night, March 26, 1949, at 6:25 o’clock in his home in Cherry Alley, New Kensington. Mr. Cousins was born November 20, 1875, a son of the late I. D. and Clara (Wolfe) Cousins. Surviving are four sons, William I, Roy, Clark and Theodore Cousins, all of New Kensington; one daught6er, Mrs. Mary Hooks, Apollo; one sister Mrs. Elvena Clever, Kittanning; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the West Kittanning Brethren church, with Rev. A. W. Brickley of New Kensington, in charge. Burial will be made in the Croyle cemetery in Washington township.
