A. B. Cousins died at his home in Kittanning R.D.4 Tuesday morning, July 25, 1944, at 12:50 o'clock, following a lingering illness. Mr. Cousins was aged 82 years, eight months and 14 days having been born October 11, 1831 in North Buffalo Township, a son of the late Thomas and Mary (Bowser) Cousins. Mr. Cousins had been retired for a number of years. He was a member of West Kittanning Brethren Church.
Surviving are four sons, Harry, Thomas, Charles and Harvey Cousins, all of Kittanning R.D.4; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Bennett of West Kittanning and Mrs. Nellie Claypoole of Kittanning R.D.4, and 42 grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the home of Mr. Cousins' son, Harry in Kittanning R.D.4 after 7 o'clock this evening. Funeral services will be held in North Buffalo Methodist Church Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Arthur N. Malles officiating. Burial will be made in the Center Hill Cemetery(actually in Grace Brethren Cemetery).
