Mechling Jr. and Nancy Lowers, of Center Hill, Larry Booher and Janet Dunbar, of Kittanning, and Mike (Juanita) Booher, of Kittanning; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Dennis John, of Kittanning; and ex-husband, Dennis Shields, of Kittanning. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter E. Mechling Sr; three daughters, Jean Johns, Della Shields and Denise Shields; two sisters, Viola Edwards and Edna Booher; three half sisters, Flora McHadden, Bertha Goldinger and Violet Booher; and two half brothers, Memmaule Booher and Parker Booher. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, Kittanning, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev.
