She was a member of Bird In Hand United Methodist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary to the former Paul R. Strubel VFW Post #8710, Strasburg, the Order of Eastern Star, James Buchanan Chapter # 315, and a former member of the Strasburg Cemetery Board. Surviving beside her husband Paul are two daughters Barbara Ann wife of Don W. Hertzog of Florence, KY, Susan E. married to John R. Hoffman of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Jeffrey LaVan, Toby Eckman, Melissa Kaylor; five great grandchildren; and a brother John F. married to Martha Myers Koch of New Holland. Mary was preceded in death by a brother William T. Koch, Jr. Funeral services will be held from the Bird In Hand United Methodist Church, 2620 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bird In Hand, PA on Friday, April 29th at 11:00AM with Pastor Robert Bailey officiating.
