Eleanor Margaret Wilson was born on 30 July 1926 at Hensel Rd, Kinzer, Pennsylvania. She married Theodore Milton Gregg, son of George Duffield Gregg and Gladys Elvina Milley, on 3 August 1943 at United Brethern Parsonage, White Horse, Pennsylvania. Eleanor Margaret Wilson died on 16 October 2011 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center, Narvon, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at age 85 Eleanor W. Gregg, 85, of 2499 Zerbe Road, Narvon, formerly of 40 Lobin Road, East Earl, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center. Born in Kinzers, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Elizabeth m. (Adams) Wilson. Her husband, Theodore M. “Teddy” Gregg, died March 8, 2009. Eleanor owned and operated Eleanor’s Clothing Repair in Gap for 10 years. She was a member of the Gap VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was active in several fire companies over the years. Surviving is a son, Theodore, Jr., married to Maria Gregg of Hilton Head Isle, SC; two daughters, Gladys, married to Robert Rutter of East Earl, and Joan, married to Sam Brinton of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Rick Gregg, Michael Rutter, Dawn Heck, and Greg Hajcak; and a sister, Joan Workman of Willow Street. Preceding her in death is a great granddaughter, Krystal; and a brother, John Wilson. She and her husband, Paul, were foster parents also. She was a lifetime member of the Paradise Leaman Place Fire Company, Boy Scouts of America Pack 28 as a Den Leader and the Lancaster Post Card Club.
She is survived by a son, Brian (Wanda) of Lancaster; a son, Sheldon of Largo, FL; a daughter, Holly (Ron) Keenen of Narvon; a son, Duane of Paradise. Remembered by many as "Grams" not only by her adored 7 granddaughters and 6 great-grandsons but also by those she fostered and taught in Sunday School, Preschool and Cub Scouts. She joins her husband, Paul, and their precious babies, Paul and Paula, along with many other family and friends who preceded her in their heavenly journey. She will be remembered for her love of children.
A private ceremony will be held at St. John's United Methodist Church Cemetery in Paradise. Thank You to Hospice & Community Care for their compassionate and respectful care.

Sherlyn Anita Wise was born on 15 November 1933 at Gap, Pennsylvania. She married Robert Benjamin Gregg, son of George Duffield Gregg and Gladys Elvina Milley, on 6 August 1952 at Paradise, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Married by Robert H Sholter at St John's UM Church.1 Sherlyn Anita Gregg died on 2 October 2024 at Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at age 90; Sherlyn A. Gregg, 90, formerly of Paradise and Kinzers, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Abbeyville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Gap, she was the daughter of the late Levi N. and Ida (Miller) Wise. She graduated from the former Paradise High School, Class of 1951.
Sherlyn shared 56 years of marriage with her husband Robert B. Gregg before his death in 2009. They were both life members of Kinzers Fire Company, with Sherlyn serving with the Auxiliary. Sherlyn and Bob also enjoyed hunting together.
She worked for Pequea Valley School District both in the cafeteria and as a teacher’s aide.
Other interests for Sherlyn included taking photographs of old barns, especially with Mail Pouch signs, bird watching, and completing jigsaw puzzles and wordsearch puzzles. Sherlyn was known to be a very kind person. She was a member of Bellevue Presbyterian Church.
Sherlyn’s family includes her daughter Sondra J. Groff, wife of Dennis of Paradise, her son Jerry M. Gregg, husband of Jennifer of Lebanon, six grandchildren, Ginger Bills (Larry), Robert D. Groff (Samantha), Michelle Boepple, Justin Boepple, Benjamin Boepple, and Steven Boepple, five great-grandchildren, Ariel Martz (R. Joseph), Sabrina Bills, Kolby Bills (Rachel), Lena Groff, and Phineas Groff, and her great-great-grandson Jacob Martz. In addition to her parents and husband, Sherlyn was preceded in death by her brother The Rev. Keith Wise.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service Thursday, October 10th at 2 pm at Bellevue Presbyterian Church Cemetery with The Rev. Paul Toms officiating.

Sherlyn shared 56 years of marriage with her husband Robert B. Gregg before his death in 2009. They were both life members of Kinzers Fire Company, with Sherlyn serving with the Auxiliary. Sherlyn and Bob also enjoyed hunting together.
She worked for Pequea Valley School District both in the cafeteria and as a teacher’s aide.
Other interests for Sherlyn included taking photographs of old barns, especially with Mail Pouch signs, bird watching, and completing jigsaw puzzles and wordsearch puzzles. Sherlyn was known to be a very kind person. She was a member of Bellevue Presbyterian Church.
Sherlyn’s family includes her daughter Sondra J. Groff, wife of Dennis of Paradise, her son Jerry M. Gregg, husband of Jennifer of Lebanon, six grandchildren, Ginger Bills (Larry), Robert D. Groff (Samantha), Michelle Boepple, Justin Boepple, Benjamin Boepple, and Steven Boepple, five great-grandchildren, Ariel Martz (R. Joseph), Sabrina Bills, Kolby Bills (Rachel), Lena Groff, and Phineas Groff, and her great-great-grandson Jacob Martz. In addition to her parents and husband, Sherlyn was preceded in death by her brother The Rev. Keith Wise.
