She was born July 4, 1882 in Adrian. Mrs. Crissman was a member of Atlantic Avenue United Presbyterian Church and was a deaconess in the church. She belonged to the Loyal Bible Class and Women’s Association of the church, the YWCA Auxiliary and McKeesport WCTU. She was the widow of Lewis N. Crissman. Surviving are two sons, Raymond W. Crissman of Dravosburg and Dent of Burbank, one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Chapman of Fort Pierce, Fla. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Finney funeral home, Dravosburg, after 7 p.m. Saturday. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. L. A. Page officiating. Interment will take place at approximately 2 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Adrian.

Word was received in Kittanning today that Lewis Chrisman, formerly of West Kittanning and now residing at McKeesport, was instantly killed when his truck upset near Wilmington, West Virginia. Friends of Mr. Chrisman learned of the accident shortly after it happened. Several other riders in the truck were not injured in the accident.

The funeral cortege will leave the home in McKeesport at 9 o’clock Friday morning and services will be held in St. Mark’s Lutheran church at Montgomeryville at 12 o’clock.
