     Linda Lou Forringer was born on 5 May 1939 at Armstrong, Pennsylvania.1 She married James Edward Cogley circa 1958.2 Linda Lou Cogley died on 14 February 1959 at Home, RD 2, Ford City, Armstrong, Pennsylvania, at age 19. A daughter of William and Mary Ann Claypoole Forringer of Ford City RD 1, she was born May 5, 1939.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by an infant son, James Edward Jr; her parents, a brother, William Jr. and a sister Judith Ann Forringer, both at home.

Friends will be received at the Rhodes Funeral Home after 7 this evening. The Rev. William H. Schaffer, pastor of the West Kittanning First Brethren Church, will officiate for the services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

     Susan Montgomery was born on 19 April 1909 at Rimer, Armstrong, Pennsylvania.1 She married Simon Ney Fair in June 1932.2 Susan Montgomery died on 25 November 1995 at Marietta, Cobb, Georgia, at age 86; Susan (Montgomery) Fair, 86, of Marietta, Ga, formerly of Kittanning, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 1995 at her residence of an apparent heart attach. She was born April 19, 1909 in Rimer To Albert R. and Wave (Mast) Montgomery. Mrs. Fair was retired since 1974 from the Armstrong School District, where she was a reading specialist, having 25 years of service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Thomas W. Fair of Litchfield, Maine and Jacob N. Fair of San Jose, Calif; and one daughter, Annis McNutt of Marietta, Ga; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Albert R. Montgomery of Kansas City; and one sister, Joanna Clark of Shinnston, W. Va. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Simon Ney Fair, who died in 1988; two brothers, Frank and Charles Montgomery; and one sister, Betty Good. FAIR - Friends of Susan (Montgomery) Fair, 86, of Marietta, Ga., formerly of Kittanning, who died Nov. 25, 1995, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Inc., A Forethought Member, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday with her pastor, the Rev. Frederick Young, officiating. Interment will take plaace in the Montgomeryville Baptist Cemetery, Adrian. Arrangements by Snyder Crissman.

Montgomery was a gunner on A-20B Havoc #41-3252, assigned to the 12th Air Force, 47th Bombardment Group, 85th Bombardment Squadron. They took off from Soliman Airdrome, Tunisia on a mission to bomb Sciacca airdrome, Sicily. Approaching the target they took damage from anti-aircraft fire and enemy fighter planes. The plane went down and all three men aboard were killed.2 He was buried on 10 July 1943 at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky.
