     Elva Jean Mechling was born on 2 June 1929. She married Kenneth Nulph on 24 October 1952.1 Elva Jean Nulph died on 17 January 2015 at Armstorng County Memorial Hospital, Armstrong, Pennsylvania, at age 85; Elva Jean "Sis" Nulph, age 85, of Kittanning, PA, died on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 2, 1929, in Kittanning, PA, the daughter of Oliver William and Susan E. (Hooks) Mechling.

Sis was a lifetime resident of the Kittanning area and previously attended the First Church of God. She had worked at the former G.C. Murphy's store shortly before her marriage then most recently worked for over 8 years at the Armstrong County Area on Aging. Sis was a former member of the ladies auxiliary of Hose Company #4. Crafts and crocheting where her favorite hobbies, and she enjoyed making Afghans for all her family members. Sis loved cooking and hosting family meals at holidays where she was known for her homemade noodles. She will best be remembered as a very caring person and always putting her family before herself.

Sis will be deeply missed by her son, Mark A. Nulph and wife, Tammy, of Kittanning; two daughters, Pamela S. Cupec and husband, William, of Dayton, and Lisa K. Lamison of Kittanning; six grandchildren, Steven, Kayli, Miranda, Alayna, Sara, and Angela; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Irene Monroe and husband, Richard, of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Kenneth Paul "Pinky" Mechling, and Raymond E. "Red" Mechling.

Relatives and friends may visit from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at the Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 515 N. McKean Street, Kittanning.

Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2014, at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 11:00 AM with the Rev. John W. Snyder officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Creek Baptist Cemetery, Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co., PA.

Pauline was a member of St. Luke's United Church of Christ. In her younger years, she worked as a secretary for WACB 1380 AM in Kittanning. Pauline enjoyed reading, playing computer games, traveling, and knitting.

She is survived by her son, Darrel R. "Randy" Kiser and wife, Zoarr, of Auburndale, FL; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Hidinger and husband, Sam, of West Liberty, OH and Jean Gerboc, of Erie, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Darrel R. Kiser, Sr., whom she married August 14, 1953 and who died August 13, 2004.

Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington PA.

     Matthew Morrow was born circa 1775 at Muinegh, Clondavaddog, Donegal, Ireland.2 He married Mary Wilson in 1799 For many years the Morrows
lived at Muineagh in the Mulroy Bay area of Donegal. The Morrow children were baptized at the Church of Christ the Redeemer, Rosnakill, Donegal. (Church of Ireland.)3 Matthew Morrow died circa 1855.
     He was listed as a resident in Gideon Morrow and Anne Wakefield's household in the census report on 14 September 1850 at Sugar Creek, Armstrong, Pennsylvania.4

     Mary Wilson was born in 1771 at Magherabeg, Rosgoill, Donegal, Ireland.1 She married Matthew Morrow, son of Alexander Morrow, in 1799 For many years the Morrows

     Thomas Morrow was born in 1802 at Ireland.1 He married Martha (Mattie) Morrow circa 1831.
