     Janet Eileen Yohn was born on 28 February 1940 at Paradise Twp, Lancaster Co, Pennsylvania.1 She married Lloyd E Groff on 22 July 1962 at St John's United Methodist, Paradise, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Janet Eileen Yohn and Lloyd E Groff were divorced. Janet Eileen Yohn died on 1 October 2009 at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at age 69. Her brother Bill passed away only 5 hours after Janet.2,1 No funeral was held. A memorial service is planned for later; Janet Yohn, age 69 of Lancaster, PA passed away at the Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, October 1, 2009. She was born in Vintage, PA, daughter of the late William & Wilda Gregg Yohn. In the past she had worked for Carter’s Children’s Ware of Lancaster. She loved Country Music. Surviving are 3 children: Cheryl A. Groff of Lancaster, Daryl E. Groff, Heather L. wife of Rich Bass of Leola, 4 grandchildren, 2 siblings: John husband of Tootie Yohn and Freida Yohn both of New Holland. She was preceded in death by 2 siblings: William Yohn and Ellen Coleman.3
     She appeared on the census of 18 April 1940 at Paradise Township, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.4 She witnessed an attendee at Chicken Corn Soup Picnic held in 1944 at Hillside Farm in Vintage, PA. in 1944.5
She was listed as a resident in William L. Yohn Sr and Wilda Ladema Yohn's household in the census report on 27 April 1950 at US 30, Paradise Township, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.6 Her married name was Groff. As of circa 1980, Janet Eileen Yohn lived at Strasburg, Pennsylvania. She lived on 16 December 2003 at Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.7 She lived on 18 August 2004 at Strasburg, Pennsylvania.8 She lived before 1 October 2009 at Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.3
