Page 3 of William Murray's Civil War Invalid Pension file. Adjutant General Office form states that William Murray enrolled on the 16th day of Dec 1863 at Bealton in Co D, 2nd Regiment of Pa Volunteers, to serve 3 years or during the war and mustered into service as a Private on the 17th day of Dec 1863 at Bealton, in Co D 2nd Regiment of Pa Volunteers. On muster roll dated July 13 1865 he is reported mustered out with company, as evidence of disability and reported absent, sick on Nov & Dec rolls.

This site is a collection of information from research done from about 1963 to present time. My original intent was to find all the descendants of my late husband's immigrant great-grandfather, William Gregg. Since that time so many other related families have intermarried with the Greggs that I decided to include them also. The information is believed to be correct as I know it as of this update, however errors may be present un-intentionally. I have also researched my side of family, both my mother and father, so the Brown & Morrow families are recorded here. Keep in mind that only deceased members are published in this account.
